Overview

Join Storion Energy and help us power the future of stored energy!

Are you a self-motivated individual looking to make a significant impact in a growing industry? Are you interested in the growing technological base of traditional automation with applied higher-level programming languages? Storion Energy is hiring a Process Controls Engineer to pioneer our automation needs as we grow and expand manufacturing capabilities in the US. We are looking for someone who capitalizes on a hands-on approach to learning new control methods, helps develop our automation standards and practices, and guides other engineers as we enable the US-based production and adoption of long-duration energy storage systems in the flow battery space.

Reporting through the manufacturing engineering team, you will directly affect the direction and development of our operations base. You will work with other chemical, electrical, and mechanical engineers as we will bring a novel production process from lab scale to full operations and help lead the future expansion of deployed manufacturing sites. We expect a blend of traditional controls technology and hardware with the capabilities of higher-level programming languages.

As a small company, there are always opportunities to make a difference and grow. Storion has an engineering career progression ladder that allows engineers to progress in the organization in either an individual contributor or managerial role.
